The research suggests that breathing is a powerful tool that can be used to improve physical, mental, and emotional health. A study published in the journal The Lancet found that breathwork can help to improve lung function in people with asthma. Additionally a study published in the journal Psychosomatic Medicine found that deep breathing exercises can help to reduce stress and anxiety.

Experience breath taking sunsets, rural views and 7 acres of grounds. Allow yourself to connect with the strength and resilience within. Explore the natural beauty surrounding our venue, one example is St Anthony's Well in the Forest of Dean, one of England's most mysterious sacred spring.

Cold exposure stimulates the production of PGC-1alpha; increases the number of mitochondria in brown fat and muscle cells, which can improve metabolic efficiency and insulin sensitivity.
